Orlando Ceaser – Biographical Sketch Orlando Ceaser is an author and motivational communicator for Watchwell Communications, Inc. He has over 30 years
of experience in sales, management, training, diversity, marketing, leadership and personal development. He was the Senior
Director of Diversity for Wilmington based AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, one of the six largest pharmaceuticals companies in
the world.
Orlando has
developed many leaders and is sought after as a mentor and career counselor. Orlando is an accomplished public
speaker, known for his ability to use humor and creativity to motivate an audience and team to think creatively. He is the
author of “The Isle of Knowledge”, a fable introducing The Know System™ for improving decision making.
He is the author of three books of poetry on leadership, personal and spiritual growth; “Teach the children to
dance, “Look for the blessing and Leadership above the rim.” His comic strip, Cocky and Rhodette, focuses on life
in the corporate world.
Orlando's
words have appeared in articles in the Financial Times, Human Resource Executive, The Scientist, The Boston Globe, The Chicago
Defender, Pharmaceutical Representative magazine and many online and printed affiliates of the Associated Press. He has also
published articles on career development, interviewing, management, leadership and selling.
Orlando used his voice in numerous video and audio projects. He created three spoken
word CD’s entitled, “My Queen, Teach the children to dance and Leadership Collection. He
has a BS degree from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois and a certificate from Midwestern Broadcasting School in Chicago,
Illinois. He worked as a newscaster on WBEZ radio in Chicago, Illinois His activities include working
with youth, public speaking, acting, career counseling, and running.
